HANAN KIM
Hanan Kim is the founder of Seven Summers Capital and a real estate investor who began her journey in 2015 with short-term rentals. Since then, she has built a highly profitable portfolio of STRs across multiple states and expanded into boutique hotel ownership. Today, she owns a Treehouse micro Resort in North Carolina and an 8-unit boutique hotel in New Mexico. Hanan is passionate about real estate, family, coffee, yoga, and her faith and is committed to helping others build financial freedom through smart investing.
KENNY BEDWELL
Kenny is a boutique hotel and luxury resort-style short-term rental owner and operator, and the CEO of STR Insights. He is a force in the realm of data analytics, known for revolutionizing how investors identify profitable opportunities in the STR market.
